1. 서비스
Universal Mold Maker(이하 "서비스")는 3D 모델 파일을 3D 프린팅 가능한 2피스 몰드 STL로 변환하는 브라우저 기반 도구입니다. 기본 기능은 무료이며, 일부 기능(정밀 표면 품질, 클라우드 프로젝트 저장 등)은 유료 구독("프리미엄")으로 제공됩니다.
2. 계정
프리미엄 기능 이용을 위해 이메일 기반 계정이 필요합니다. 계정 정보의 정확성 유지는 이용자의 책임입니다.
3. 결제 및 구독
결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Lemon Squeezy를 통해 처리됩니다. 구독은 결제 주기마다 자동 갱신되며, 언제든 구독 관리 페이지에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지 시 이미 결제된 기간이 끝날 때까지 프리미엄이 유지됩니다. 환불은 환불정책을 따릅니다.
4. 콘텐츠와 지식재산권
이용자가 업로드하는 3D 모델의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 생성된 몰드 STL의 사용 권리도 이용자에게 있습니다. 서비스는 기본적으로 모델 파일을 서버로 전송하지 않습니다. 타인의 지식재산권을 침해하는 모델 사용에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
5. 면책
서비스는 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 생성된 몰드의 출력 결과, 캐스팅 결과, 안전성(식품용 적합성 포함)에 대해 보증하지 않습니다. 식품·인체 접촉 용도로 사용하는 경우 적합한 재료 선택과 검증은 이용자의 책임입니다.
6. 약관 변경
본 약관은 사전 고지 후 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. Service. Universal Mold Maker converts 3D model files into 3D-printable two-piece mold STLs in your browser. Core features are free; some features (fine surface quality, cloud project saves) require a paid "Premium" subscription.
2. Accounts. Premium features require an email-based account.
3. Billing. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Content. You retain all rights to models you use and to generated mold STLs. Models are not uploaded to our servers by default. You are responsible for respecting third-party intellectual property.
5. Disclaimer. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of print or casting results or fitness for food/skin contact. Verifying material safety is your responsibility.
6. Changes. We may update these terms with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance.
